Begin with clean, damp feet. For best results, soak your feet in warm water for a few minutes. Apply a small amount of foot scrub to your hands or a foot brush. Gently massage the scrub onto your feet in circular motions, focusing on rough areas like heels and soles. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.
To boost the effectiveness of your foot scrub, use straight after a shower while your skin is soft and pores are open from the steam. This will help the exfoliating ingredients penetrate deeper and work more efficiently.
