Cleanse your skin with a gentle body wash and pat dry with a towel. Dispense a small amount of body lotion into your hand. Apply the lotion to your skin, starting from your feet and working your way up. Use circular motions to ensure even coverage. Allow the lotion to absorb fully before getting dressed to lock in moisture.
For extra hydration, apply the body lotion immediately after showering or bathing when your skin is still slightly damp. This helps to lock in moisture more effectively.
